All tickets have been sold out.

On November 3rd, the 10th TEDxTartu conference welcomes all curious minds to participate in a day full of inspiration!

The main theme of this year’s conference is censorship. A discussion will be created in order to define its exact meaning, as well as how our thoughts and ideas help interpret it. Self-expression can occur on both a personal and public level, yet could it be limited by the status quo of the modern society? How much do the boundaries that we build actually help us feel safe and have a systematic understanding of the world around us? Or maybe censorship doesn’t set boundaries and instead is the key to creative solutions?

Furthermore, we will take a closer look at the taboos and fears surrounding censorship and discuss how we could contribute to making the world more balanced.

More information on the event and its speakers coming soon! Follow our Facebook page and website to stay updated.

TEDxTartu is a full-day event being curated by TEDxTartu working group consisting entirely of volunteers. Our goal is to bring together bright minds to give talks that are idea-focused, and on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and provoke conversations on that matter.
