Each order has one of the following states:
Buyer has chosen tickets, has entered contacts and is currently completing the order.
Pending orders are also those which are being paid using regular invoices and are waiting for the bank transfer to complete.
An order which was not completed during a reasonable amount of time, usually 20 minutes. Sometimes, when your buyer makes a major change in an order during a purchase, a new order is created and the previous one expires.
Customer has cancelled the payment.
The order has been successfully completed and paid.
Your request to refund the order is waiting to be processed.
The tickets are cancelled and the order has been refunded to the customer.
